What? Join our exclusive dental club and receive discounted services on all your dental needs. Everything from cleanings to any major services.
When? Discounts start immediately! Call to enroll today! You will receive your exclusive card upon your first visit. All services will be discounted starting at your first appointment and any appointment from that point on until expiration. Your dental exclusive card is valid for 1 full year, starting the day your enroll. You can re-enroll when the year expires. Must present this cart at each appointment in order to receive your discounted services (one card per member). The best part is...there is NO enrollment fee!
